Contractor Safety
To aid Seminole Electric in pre-qualifying and monitoring our contractors and suppliers, we have enlisted ISNetworld to help collect and manage contractor safety information.
The majority of contractors performing physical on-site work for Seminole Electric are strongly encouraged to become subscribers to ISNetworld. Contractors performing non-physical or what we determine to be low-risk work may also subscribe. If your company is a current subscriber to ISNetworld, there is no additional fee.
If your company is new to ISNetworld, there will be a nominal fee for your subscription, based on the size of your organization. Pricing information can be viewed at www.isnetworld.com under the “About ISN” tab.
Your company’s ISNetworld subscription will provide Seminole Electric access to the following required information:
- Company Profile – Populate your company profile in ISNetworld to include company contact information, office locations, types of work/industry classifications, geography served, etc.
- EHS Questionnaire – ISNetworld contains the Management System Questionnaire (MSQ) to gather your company’s EHS data.
- Documents – Seminole Electric will use ISNetworld to track and verify your company’s OSHA Forms and current EMR. During your company’s subscription setup, ISN will explain how to submit these documents within your company’s subscription and make them available online to Seminole Electric.
- Health, Safety and Environmental Program – Your company will be required to submit copies of your company’s written health, safety and environmental program to ISNetworld. ISN’s Review and Verification Services (ISN RAVS) will review the program for conformance with applicable regulatory and/or Seminole Electric standards. ISNetworld will also verify your company’s training documentation, and OSHA and EMR statistics. ISNetworld will communicate and provide detailed instructions during your company’s subscription setup.
