Seminole Electric Cooperative Announces New CFO

Seminole Electric Cooperative (Seminole) announced today that it has selected Ms. Jo Ann Fuller as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Fuller will assume her new role as CFO beginning Monday, February 10, 2014. Fuller has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, most recently serving as the chief financial officer for Entegra Power Group, LLC in Tampa.

“Ms. Fuller’s experience will provide Seminole with a wealth of knowledge as we assess and manage future opportunities on behalf of our Member distribution cooperatives,” said Seminole’s Chief Executive Officer Lisa Johnson. “She will be an integral part of this cooperative’s dedicated team as we continue providing affordable and reliable electricity to our Members.”

Fuller has a degree in Accounting from Ohio State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
